5. Membership terms, privacy and declaration

Membership terms

  • Membership runs for one year from the date the application is ratified at a monthly Board meeting.
  • A membership renewed within two months after expiry is treated as a renewal. After that period, it is treated as a new application and is subject to approval.
  • Financial members are entitled to vote and receive membership privileges. A corporate membership may nominate up to three people but carries one vote.
  • Members are subject to QFEA Inc's Constitution, policies and rules.

Privacy

QFEA Inc collects the information in this form to administer its membership register. Information may be used for direct business and trade leads and referrals and is accessible to authorised Executive Committee members. Personal information will not otherwise be released to third parties without consent unless authorised by law.

Approval

New memberships remain subject to approval by the QFEA Inc Executive Committee.
